3 Light Switch Riddle

Ok here is a riddle for you.

3 light switch riddle. One of them controls the incandescent light bulb inside the room. There are 3 light bulbs in three seperate rooms. You are in the basement and there are 3 light switches. The lit bulb represents the switch you just turned on and then inspect the other bulbs by touching them one shall be warm and the other shall be cold.
